Sirius Enterprise Risk Management (Sirius) was established by Geoff Bartels and John Pounder based on their joint experiences in the aged care sector. This experience identified opportunities and risks facing providers in the aged care and disability sectors where there is a progressive shift of power to the consumer in terms of choosing the providers and services required. Providers will need to carefully consider their responses to these changes where robust decision making processes will be critical to optimising results.
- A combined 70 years experience in governance and management;
- The principals of Sirius have business ownership as well as management experience and therefore understand the importance of developing and implementing practical enterprise risk management solutions that enhance organisational performance while effectively managing compliance obligations;
